Shipping

Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 30 days after your order has been placed.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery following dispatch of your order.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

All customers have the right to cancel their order before shipping takes place, unless products have been specifically ordered to fulfil your order.
1.19
Your right to exchange faulty goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 48 hours from the day you receive your goods. All shortages and damages must be notified within this 48-hour period.

To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone before the cancellation period expires.
1.21
You must return faulty goods to our contact address at your own cost, to arrive within 24 hours of the cancellation period. Upon inspection we will refund your postage and replace your goods (unless we delivered the item in error or the item is damaged/defective).

We reserve the right to charge for the direct costs of recovering goods if you do not return them or return them at our expense.
1.23
Once you have notified us that you wish to return faulty goods, we will aim to settle the complaint within seven days.
1.24
You will not have any right to cancel an order for the following goods:
- (a)Any specialist items or seasonal products
- (b)All latex balloons and foil balloons (excluding non-seasonal gifts not on offer, returned within 48 hours of receipt)
- (c)Goods or services where prices are dependent upon financial market fluctuations beyond the retailer’s control
- (d)Goods made to the customer’s specification or clearly personalised
- (e)Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly — such as fresh flowers, latex balloons and seasonal items
- (f)Helium if the seal is broken or you have had the cylinder more than 48 hours from purchase
- (g)Accommodation, transport, vehicle rental, catering or leisure services contracted for a specific date or period
1.25
You will also lose your right to cancel if:
- (a)Goods are not suitable for return because they have been unsealed or packaging has been damaged
- (b)When using Royal Mail, your package is not guaranteed as delivered — proof of postage does not constitute proof of delivery
