  1. Slip adapter on the end of HI-FLOAT pump dispenser nozzle
  2. Place purple restriction clip on pump dispenser
  3. Slide balloon all the way on the outlet tube so HI-FLOAT is injected into the bottom of the balloon
  4. Add 1 pump stroke to a 260 latex balloon
  5. Remove balloon and rub balloon to spread the HI-FLOAT throughout the inside of the balloon
  6. Inflate balloon with air
