Terms & Conditions

1. Gold Club membership cards must be produced at time of purchase (instore). If you haven’t got it with you discount will not be applied.
2. Gold Club discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
3. Gold Club membership cards cannot be shared, if this is found to be happening membership will be revoked.
4. 10% discount will be applied to all purchases including helium and equipment on generating and payment of invoice.
5. When joining Gold Club a direct debit payment will be set with your payment of £12.50 + V.A.T on the 14th day of every month. Failed or cancelled direct debits will incur a £15 administration fee.
6. A lost Gold Club card replacement fee is £3.50.
7. The Gold Club card is not a credit card and is only used for Gold Club Membership.
8. NWG reserves the right to cancel or refuse Gold Club applications at any time.

Please note: In the event the Direct Debit fails and cannot be processed, you will be charged the fees that GoCardless charges us. They will attempt 3–4 times throughout the month to process the payment. Fees are as follows: 1st attempt £5.00 + VAT, 2nd attempt £7.50 + VAT, 3rd attempt or cancelled Direct Debit £15.00 + VAT.
